Adoption Processor

 Kitkat Playroom is looking for a volunteer adoption processor. The adoption processor is a fully remote position and can be performed at home anywhere in the world. This is an unpaid position.

The adoption processor performs administrative tasks related to adoptions.

Responsibilities include:

• Verify that the adopter has completed all required fields and signatures on the adoption paperwork in Docusign

• Transfer the microchip ownership from Kitkat Playroom to the adopter in PetLink

• Create an account for the adopter and their family in Little Green Light

Requirements include:

• Extreme ability to maintain private, sensitive data that cannot be shared with anyone besides Jen. If you cannot keep a secret, this role is not for you

• Attention to detail and accurate typing

• Moderate-level comfort with data entry in online systems

• Ability to remain anonymous, except for a handful of staff

• Available each week for about 30 minutes per adoption

• Available for around 2 hours live training through Zoom

Adoption processing must be completed within 1 week of an adoption.
